"Staff are always stood in aisles swearing and chatting, there is a lovely though on the bread section with short brown hair, always beavering away and has a smile on her face! The bloke on self checkouts with the black hair who looks a bit gothy is so miserable! He shouldn't be in a customer service job."

"Left my card in a card reader and returned 15 minutes later only to find that a very kind Lucy H had put it in lost property. Asked if I could leave a tip but was advised they cannot take gratuity.
